I must say today was disappointing. I waited for over 30 minutes after I sat down by a waiter. Then they forgot me because they switch waiters on me. Later, when the food finally arrived almost 40 minutes after ordering. I asked if I wasn't supposed to get the Italian wedding soup.I had to swap fly's from dipping into my dinner. To make matters worse, my dirty plates were not being picked up, so flys were feasting in front of me. The flys ruined my appetite, so I asked to box it up, but the waiter forgot about me checking out a customer. I came here three other times and I had great service.Unfortunately, I'm not for giving second chances. I am not coming here soon.
However, the food is wonderful for that I gave it five stars. -

I have eaten at many restaurants in this country and this place is the worst place I've ever been. I would give negative stars if it were possible. It's unforgettable for all the wrong reasons.
Bizarre wait staff, I thought I was in an Indian cuisine Restaurant. They had no knowledge of Italian food when asked questions about the entrees.
I don't even know where to start. The food was awful the worst.
I ordered a mosttaccioli dinner entree with a minestrone soup.
I was given a bowl of porridge soup that had been cooked to smithereens, or reheated a dozen times, the menu said it is a vegetable broth with pasta, it did not have one piece of pasta in it, the broccoli was mush had big chunks of bell pepper that were mush.
The soup really was a disgrace to Bonos, I could not believe that they brought that soup to my table.
I'm in shock at this place.
I explained to the waiter that I did not want penne pasta I want the mosttaccioli pasta. Low and behold I got the penne pasta. The menu also said that my meal came with garlic bread, and I never did get that. I let the waiter know that I didn't get my garlic bread, the waiter said, we served you bread when you first got here. Well in my mind that was the complementary bread that they give you when you sit down that wasn't the garlic bread for my meal. And to think I was charged $18 for a tiny one cup of disgusting soup and pasta with sauce.
We were a party of 4 and we all had the same terrible experience. We left feeling like we were just ripped off.
The cookies in the case were definitely not house made. Please don't insult our intelligence.
I think the good reviews are from family and friends.
No way will this dive be open a year from now.
This place is in need of chef Gordon Ramsey. -

The only pasta house in fontana that has that Itailian touch! Great tasting food at more then reasonable prices. All the staff are pretty awsome as well!

I came here tonight and have to say the service is exceptional. The food is pure deliciousness. I recently returned from Italy and this food was a thousand times tastier. I will definitely be back.
I love the decor and the food is absolutely amazing. I had the meatball soup and the oven baked lasagna. If I could give you ten stars I would
